Welcome to the Early Years Foundation Stage!

Healthy Schools Week

For Healthy Schools Week we made a pasta dish from scratch. We cut up and cooked tomatoes, onions and carrots. We found some herbs from the garden and made some tomato sauce. Next we made tagliatelle from scratch. Each time we wound the machine the pasta got longer and longer!

Cotswold Wildlife Park Visit

A great day was had by all, the weather was kind to us and the animals were very visible. We found out some interesting facts. Did you know a giraffe’s tongue is black!

Stoke Woods Visit

On Monday 29th April 2019 all of  Foundation stage went to Stoke  Woods. It was a beautifully sunny morning and we saw lots of bluebells. orchids, twisty and straight tall trees, pine cones and even a buried pile of acorn shells hidden by a squirrel for his winter feast!  We climbed trees, made dens and finished up with a picnic! We had a fantastic time. A very big thank you to Mrs Spearman for organising our outing.
